We conduct detailed analysis of a preferred facility and come up with development strategy as determined in the master plan study. Our development proposals seek to improve the operational efficiency of the facility and obtain value for money. Our plans are practical and able to be implemented, meet government regulatory requirements and policies. We are determined to minimize recurrent and capital costs and remain consistent with the standards for quality care and service delivery.
